Python Fundamentals: You will start with the basics of programming and Python. This includes installing Python, using VS Code and Jupyter Notebook, understanding variables, data types, input/output, operators, and type casting. You will complete practice exercises to reinforce your learning.
Control Flow & Functions: You will learn about conditional statements (if, elif, else) and loops (for, while). You will explore functions, parameters, and the scope of variables. Hands-on coding challenges will help you apply these concepts.
Data Structures: You will work with lists, tuples, sets, and dictionaries. You will practice string manipulation and list comprehensions. You will complete a mini project on a Student Management System to apply your skills.
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): You will understand classes, objects, constructors, encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, and abstraction. A real-world OOP project will further enhance your understanding.
Advanced Python Concepts: You will learn about exception handling, file handling, modules, and packages. You will explore lambda functions, and functions like map, filter, and reduce. You will also learn about iterators and generators.
Data Structures & Algorithms: You will study arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, and various searching and sorting algorithms. You will learn recursion and problem-solving techniques.
Python for Data Science: You will grasp NumPy fundamentals, work with Pandas Data Frames, and learn data cleaning and manipulation. You will visualize data using Matplotlib and Seaborn and complete a data science mini project.
Python for Data Analytics: You will perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), create data visualization dashboards, and conduct statistical analysis. You will work with CSV and Excel files and analyze a case study.
Python for Machine Learning: You will be introduced to AI and machine learning, using Scikit-Learn for supervised and unsupervised learning. You will learn about model training and evaluation through a machine learning project.
Capstone Project & Interview Preparation: You will complete an end-to-end industry project. You will learn Git and GitHub basics, resume building, and prepare for coding interviews.
