What You Will Learn

This course covers a wide range of topics in AI, machine learning, Python programming, and computer science. You will start with the basics and advance to more complex concepts.

• AI & Machine Learning: You will learn the fundamentals of machine learning, including deep learning techniques using TensorFlow and Keras. You will explore natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI. Concepts such as prompt engineering and agentic AI will also be covered. You will gain an understanding of large language models (LLMs) and tools like Ollama and Llama 3.
• Python Development: You will start with basic Python programming and progress to advanced topics. This includes object-oriented programming (OOP) and data structures and algorithms. You will also learn how to use Python for data science, including libraries such as NumPy and Pandas for data analysis and visualization.
• Data Science: You will learn to preprocess data, perform feature engineering, and visualize data effectively. This section emphasizes practical skills in handling real-world data.
• Computer Vision: You will work with OpenCV for image processing and learn about convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and transfer learning techniques. You will also study MobileNetV2 for efficient image classification.
• Web Development: You will learn to use Django and Streamlit for web applications. The course includes front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. You will also learn about databases such as MySQL and MongoDB, version control with Git, and different operating systems like Windows and Linux.
