I am a NEET Botany mentor and life sciences educator with over 12 years of experience in teaching, research and academic mentoring in Biology. I completed my Ph.D. in Botany from Central University Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, where my research focused on iron‑induced morphophysiological and biochemical changes in the cyanobacterium Anabaena sphaerica.
Over the years, I have worked extensively on cyanobacterial biodiversity, stress physiology, lipidomics and proteomics, and have published my work in reputed journals such as Plant Archives, Vegetos, Indian Journal of Experimental Biology and Journal of Asia‑Pacific Biodiversity. I have also contributed book chapters on iron uptake strategies, algal diversity and green synthesis of nanoparticles, which reflect my interest in plant–microbe interactions and environmental biotechnology.
Along with research, teaching has been my constant passion. I have guided NEET aspirants at a few institutes, where I focus on simplifying complex concepts through interactive, example‑based teaching and scientific elucidation strategies. I strongly believe in nurturing a positive mindset, and I enjoy mentoring students not just academically but also in building confidence, discipline and a scientific outlook towards life.

Rooted in Science: Your Journey into Botany is a concept-focused Botany course designed to help students understand plant biology with special emphasis on Fungi (Mycology). The course is suitable for Class 12 CBSE students, NEET aspirants, and B.Sc Botany (Honours & General) learners who want strong conceptual clarity and syllabus-aligned preparation.
The program introduces fungi as a major biological group and explains their structure, classification, reproduction, and ecological significance in a clear and structured manner. Through step-by-step explanations, students learn how fungi function as decomposers, symbionts, and pathogens, and why they are essential to ecosystems and biological studies.
Classes are available in online and offline modes, offering flexibility while maintaining academic depth.
