What You Will Learn

This course covers Biology based on the NCERT syllabus, with a strong focus on human biology and related life science concepts. It also includes Academic English to support reading, writing, grammar, and comprehension skills.

Biology

• Learn the fundamental concepts of Biology through chapter-wise explanations based on the NCERT syllabus.

• Understand the structure and functions of cells, tissues, organs, and organ systems.

• Study human anatomy and physiology, including the digestive, respiratory, circulatory, excretory, nervous, endocrine, reproductive, and immune systems.

• Learn how different body systems work together to maintain normal body functions.

• Understand genetics, heredity, evolution, and the basic principles of biotechnology.

• Study plant biology, ecology, biodiversity, and environmental science.

• Learn biological classification, microorganisms, and their characteristics.

• Practice interpreting biological diagrams, charts, and scientific terminology.

• Solve chapter-wise questions and application-based problems to reinforce key concepts.

English

• Improve reading comprehension through structured reading exercises.

• Learn grammar topics such as parts of speech, sentence structure, tenses, subject-verb agreement, and punctuation.

• Build vocabulary through word usage and language exercises.

• Practice writing paragraphs, essays, letters, notices, reports, and other academic formats.

• Develop skills in literature analysis, including understanding themes, characters, and important ideas from prescribed texts.

• Strengthen speaking and writing through language-based practice activities.

Throughout the course, students will progress from basic concepts to more detailed topics, using chapter-wise explanations, regular practice exercises, and revision activities to develop a clear understanding of both Biology and Academic English based on the NCERT curriculum.
