30-Day Yoga Challenge
Beginning a Consistent Yoga Practice
The 30-Day Yoga Challenge is designed as a structured four-week introduction to yoga for beginners, people returning to practice, or learners who want to make yoga a regular part of their routine.
The program brings together Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation, Relaxation, and mindful movement. Rather than focusing only on physical postures, the course introduces the relationship between body, breath, and awareness.
No previous yoga experience is required. The sessions are conducted online in Hindi and English and are scheduled on weekdays.
What we’ll explore
ASANAS
Build strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness through beginner-friendly yoga postures, Surya Namaskar and mindful movement.
PRANAYAMA
Learn conscious breathing and simple pranayama practices to develop breath awareness, calmness and energy.
MEDITATION
Explore simple guided meditation practices to develop concentration, awareness and inner stillness.
RELAXATION
Learn conscious relaxation and Yoga Nidra-inspired practices to release tension and settle the mind.
By the end of 30 days, you will:
✓ Understand the foundations of yoga
✓ Practise basic asanas with greater awareness
✓ Learn simple pranayama techniques
✓ Develop a personal daily practice
✓ Improve mobility, flexibility and body awareness
✓ Learn basic meditation techniques
✓ Understand how breath, body and mind are connected
✓ Feel more confident continuing your practice independently
This challenge is for you if:
You’re a complete beginner, restarting yoga, or simply want to make yoga a regular part of your life.
No previous experience required.
More than just asana
Yoga isn’t only about how flexible your body is.
This 30-day journey is about learning to move consciously, breathe mindfully and become more present.
Small steps. Consistent practice. Meaningful change.
Who Can Join the Yoga Challenge?
The program is designed for:
Complete beginners
People restarting yoga after a break
Learners developing a regular yoga routine
Students interested in basic asanas
Learners exploring pranayama
Beginners interested in meditation
People wanting to understand yoga beyond physical postures
Previous yoga experience is not required.
Online Weekday Yoga Sessions
The 30-Day Yoga Challenge is delivered online on weekdays. The four-week structure provides a consistent framework for practising different aspects of yoga.
Online sessions allow learners to participate from their own location while following guided instruction in movement, breathing, meditation, and relaxation.
Developing a Personal Yoga Practice
One of the central aims of the challenge is to help learners become familiar enough with basic yoga practices to continue independently.
Through repeated exposure to asanas, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation, students can understand how these elements fit together. The program encourages small, consistent steps rather than making flexibility or previous experience the starting point.
The result is a learning journey centred on movement, breath, awareness, and consistency.
