Naina Sharma is a dedicated Biology educator and Biotechnology researcher with over three years of teaching experience as a Teaching Associate, teaching B.Tech. and M.Tech. Biotechnology students. During this time, I have developed strong expertise in delivering lectures, simplifying complex biological concepts, mentoring students, and creating an engaging and interactive learning environment.
I have also guided and mentored more than 10 students in their dissertation and research projects, supporting them in experimental planning, laboratory work, data analysis, scientific interpretation, and academic writing. This experience has strengthened my ability to mentor students and encourage independent scientific thinking.
With a strong academic and research background in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, and related life sciences, I combine theoretical knowledge with practical and research-oriented learning. My research experience has further developed my skills in laboratory techniques, experimental design, scientific analysis, and problem-solving.
As an educator, I focus on building strong conceptual understanding and scientific curiosity among students.
