- Module 4 – Fitness & Strength Building: This module focuses on core strengthening and improving balance and stamina. You will practice Surya Namaskar and beginner yoga flow sequences.
- Module 5 – Pranayama & Breathing: You will explore deep breathing techniques. This includes Anulom Vilom, Kapalbhati, and Bhramari Pranayama.
- Module 6 – Meditation & Relaxation: You will practice mindfulness and stress management techniques. This includes Yoga Nidra and guided relaxation exercises.
- Module 7 – Healthy Lifestyle & Nutrition: You will learn about yogic lifestyle habits, basic nutrition awareness, and the importance of sleep and hydration.
- Module 8 – Final Practice & Assessment: In this module, you will practice a complete yoga session. You will receive posture correction and guidance, along with an evaluation of your personal fitness improvement.
