I am Lipakshi. I am an avid reader who has a habit of observation and analyzation. being on both sides of the table one who wants to get into a "Good IT Company " to training students to accomplish the same dream. While working as a Data Science Intern there were some key takeaways. As a student or Intern I realised that the education thats been imparted to us in B.Tech and the jobs expectations after B.Tech always has a large gap thats difficult to understand at that stage. Indeed I was lucky enough to understand the gap while pursuing my M.E in Computer Science. Post that I had worked in multiple institutions as Assistant Professor with an aim to provide a better clarity and understanding to students so that they do not feel that gap while working at their dream companies.
