• Master data basics (vendor, customer, material, employee)

Month 2 – Business Process Overview

• Order to Cash cycle (Sales and Distribution)

• Procure to Pay cycle (Materials Management)

• Record to Report cycle (Finance and Controlling)

• Hire to Retire cycle (Human Capital Management)

• Integration concepts between modules

Months 3–4 – Functional/Technical Specialization (Choose Track)

Functional Track Example (SAP FI – Finance):

• General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable

• Asset Accounting and Bank Accounting

• Financial closing operations

• Integration with MM and SD

Technical Track Example (SAP ABAP):

• ABAP syntax and data dictionary

• Reports, ALV, and SmartForms

• Enhancements, User Exits, and BAPIs

• Object-Oriented ABAP

• CDS Views and AMDP (for HANA)

Month 5 – Cross-Module Integration

• FI and MM integration (procurement to payment cycle)

• FI and SD integration (customer order cycle)

• PP, MM, and FI integration (production cycle)

• Understanding document flow and accounting impact

Month 6 – Hands-On Exercises

• Simulating end-to-end business processes in a sandbox system

• Transaction exercises across modules

• Case studies on procurement, sales, and financial reporting

• Mini-project: configure and execute a full cycle (e.g., purchase to payment)

Months 7–8 – Advanced Topics

Functional Path:

• Special ledger topics

• Taxation and GST configuration

• Asset depreciation and reporting

• Financial reporting and analytics in SAP

Technical Path:

• Advanced ABAP (performance tuning, debugging)

• Fiori and UI5 basics

• SAP HANA modeling and SQLScript

• OData services integration

Month 9 – System Administration and Security (Common to Both Tracks)

• Basics of SAP Basis and system architecture

• Client and user administration

• Role and authorization concepts

• Transport management and change requests

Month 10 – Real-Time Project Simulation

• Execute a real-world business case project in SAP

• Example: Procurement process with FI-MM integration or custom ABAP report

• Documentation of configuration and customizations

• Testing and troubleshooting

Month 11 – Certification Preparation

• Review of module-specific topics (FI, MM, ABAP, etc.)

• SAP Press books and practice questions

• Mock exams and timed tests

Month 12 – Career Building and Placement Prep
