Rupsha Mondal

I am a PhD-trained researcher in biological sciences with a strong passion for teaching and mentoring students. During my doctoral training, I had the opportunity to work across several domains of biology including cell biology, molecular biology, and neuroscience. Alongside research, I actively taught and trained students from different academic backgrounds, helping them understand complex biological concepts in a simple and structured way.

I have worked as a resource person and mentor, guiding students in conceptual learning, exam preparation, and scientific thinking. My teaching approach focuses on building strong fundamentals, visual understanding of biological processes, and connecting textbook knowledge with real biological mechanisms.

Having trained multiple students across different areas of biological sciences, I enjoy helping learners develop curiosity and confidence in the subject.

My goal as a tutor is not just to help students score well in exams, but to help them truly understand biology and appreciate how fascinating living systems are.
