Week 4: Understanding Checkmate Concepts

• Class 7: Check, Checkmate & Stalemate

• Class 8: Worksheet on Check, Checkmate & Stalemate

Week 5: Defending Against Checks

• Class 9: MBC Technique (Move, Block, Capture)

• Class 10: Examples of MBC & Checkmate in 1 Move

Week 6: Learning Notations

• Class 11: Algebraic Chess Notations

• Class 12: Revision (Worksheets for Week 4–6)

Week 7: Special Moves

Week 11: Final Review & Assessment

• Class 22: Supervised gameplay session with detailed analysis by the coach.

• Class 23: Foundation Level Assessment & Doubt Clearing session.

Note: Each class will be 1 hour in duration. The overall number of sessions may vary based on the child’s age, learning ability, and grasp of concepts. I ensure that every child masters the foundation concepts before progressing to the next level.
